Iain Hutchison
Iain is the founder of GloWormRecording, and has been working as a music producer and engineer for over 15 years. Captivated from an early age by ‘another world’ that recordings create and invite you to step into, he loves to use the studio as an instrument, to craft, create and paint with sound. Always approaching the studio as a musician as well as an engineer, Iain aims to make recordings that impact on an emotional level, and draw you in to the world of the artist. He’s worked with many artists both local and international as a producer, recording and mixing engineer, and multi instrumentalist.

Andrea Gobbi
Andrea Gobbi is an award winning music producer and audio engineer based at GloWormRecording in Glasgow, UK. Andrea’s discography includes local and international artists from many different genres, ranging from electronic, through to traditional folk and pop. Andrea also runs Carrier Waves Mastering, a mastering company also based at GloWormRecording.

Ross Saunders
Ross Saunders is an experienced recording, mixing and mastering engineer. He maintains a fundamental ethos of engineering music in an organic, warm and musically non-linear fashion via a complex tonal tapestry of industry standard analogue and digital equipment. He favour rich layers of ‘musical’ saturation, soundscapes with a fearless low end and a ‘harmonically rich’ stance in general; all for the sake of getting the artist’s point across creatively and sonically.

Euan Burton
After many years as a session musician Euan has taken that experience to the other side of the glass becoming a highly sought-after engineer, mixer, and producer over the last decade and working on countless recordings in many genres. Working from GloWorm he has produced many acclaimed albums including Kris Drever “Where The World Is Thin”, Rura “In Praise of Home”, Seafarers “Orlando” and Siobhan Miller “Strata”.

Keir Long
Keir has worked for over a decade as both a live and studio sound engineer, gaining a wealth of experience in the field. He also heads up the GloWormRecording Technical Management team; making sure all our sessions run smoothly and that everything is well organised. He’s equally at home with a soldering iron in hand, advancing sessions, rigging setups, or behind the desk engineering and producing.
